Orders

If you are paying by Purchase Order, upload your Purchase Order by clicking on “Attach File”. If you successfully uploaded your file, you will see the name of your file appear in the top-right corner of the “Upload Purchase Order” section. Enter the Purchase Order number exactly as it appears on your Purchase Order.

After the P.O – (purchase order) has been issued by the buyer to the supplier, the supplier informs the buyer between 5 to 7 days to pack, label or load the ordered goods.

Dispatch. Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 3 days (excluding Sundays). In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order promptly.

Shipping

The most direct wording would be, “How long does it take to deliver this product?”, or “What is the delivery time for this product?” The sentence you give is close. You could say, “How much time does it take to deliver the product?”
